1. How long does shipping take?

We offer free shipping (7–21 business days) and fast shipping (5–11 business days) for $180 through our trusted carrier Seafit.

2. Where do you ship?

We currently ship only within the continental United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

3. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order via Seafit at: https://seafit.us/track

4. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged.

5. Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes! All our lifts are backed by a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturer defects. Visit our Warranty page for full details.

6. Can I cancel or modify my order?

7. Do you offer installation services?

We currently do not offer installation, but our lifts are designed for easy setup. We recommend hiring a certified technician for professional installation.
