At Pro Auto Car Lift, we proudly stand behind the quality of our automotive lifts. All our lifts come with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship.

• Hydraulic systems and components
• Steel structures and welds
• Mechanical parts and safety locks
• Electrical components (if applicable)

3. What’s Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs
• Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or rust due to environmental exposure
• Commercial or rental use not approved in writing

4. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

1. Email us at contact@proautocarlift.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
2. Attach clear photos or videos of the defective part(s).
3. Our team will review your case and respond within 2–3 business days.

5. Resolution Options

Depending on the issue, we may:

• Ship replacement parts free of charge
• Repair or replace defective components
• Offer store credit or a partial refund if repair is not possible
