Your satisfaction is our priority — here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

Return Eligibility

You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Products must be:

  • In original condition and packaging
  • Uninstalled and unused
  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase


How to Start a Return

  1. Email contact@proautocarlift.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and send you a return authorization if approved.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 3–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or installed products
  • Special-order or custom-made items
  • Returns without authorization

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right.
